The client approached me to get a design for the collaboration between Disney and Plain Supplies

for the 90th anniversary of Mickey Mouse.

The Collection showcases PLAIN SUPPLIES distinct minimalist identity

while incorporating the iconic silhouette of Mickey to your everyday timepiece. 

Drawing inspiration from the film, the design of the watch face is centered

around the iconic scene of Mickey behind the boat wheel.

The design notion draws emphasis to the frame of the boat wheel — 

Where the handles of the boat wheel resemble the markings on a clock.

The debossing technique in the watch dial design is used to bring this iconic feature to life.

This watch collaboration is a modern blend of minimalism coupled with a

timeless and sleek watch design to celebrate the heritage and style of both brands.

The collection is set to appeal the modern day minimalists and Disney fans.
